Chests full of money, a beloved in one's arms, fame, and success – that's what counts. Ignore the world's problems and people's suffering, just revel in the carefree life. It could go on forever.
But it doesn't.
Denn früher oder später, egal wie viel auf dem Bankkonto liegt, kündigt sich der Tod an und es heißt: sterben, abkratzen, verrecken… und was zählt jetzt?
Because sooner or later, no matter how much is in the bank account, death announces itself, and it's time to die, to kick the bucket, to croak... and what counts then?.
"Jedermann" is the flagship of Austrian high culture, the grand cultural steamship that annually lures the haute volée on board. In our production, we turn the tables: Theater comes to the people. Even to those who are not rich! Festival atmosphere with a VIP zone and sparkling wine is still guaranteed!
